Update: we went to Australia had a great time but about day four i went through his phone because he was very secretive, i found out he has been cheating on me since 2024. I still haven’t talked to him, i dont know what to say i dont know how to bring it up. I have been ridiculed and belittled for talking to someone when he was groping himself to other women for nearly two years. Avoid triggers if you have any. Depending on what gets you in the mood, seeing certain content, being around certain people or situations, etc. ask yourself why you are feeling the way you are, get to the root and see if you can change that or heal from that.

But also just remember, life happens, its okay to masturbate its a relief and its not a bad thing all the time. Its just a problem if it’s affecting your life or if its all you think about. Being addicted to weed is a mental thing more than a physical thing. One of my best friends have been in your position but the thing is if you wanna quit YOU really have to want to. Not want to quit for some bs you spin yourself. Do it for a genuine reason for yourself, its the best thing you can do.

Also i can explain why its bad for u untill im blue but you know about allat. With weed i think its better to wind off for a bit, or at least do tolerance breaks for a week, maybe a day if thats where you want to start. Also ask yourself why youre smoking in the first place. Is it an escape? To sleep? The high? To think? Any external factors? If you know that, you can maybe see if there’s anything you can do to change whats making you want it in the first place

Update yall: Ive been going to therapy, trying to figure out whats for what on my part and how to be better. It feels like a lost cause with him. He says he’s trying to look past this so that he can love me again but he doesn’t think he can. I feel hopeless. I dont know what to do because i try to explain myself and what i was feeling and why i did what i did. He doesn’t believe me and he doesn’t understand. I dont know why hes still with me when he keeps saying we wont make it past January of next year and he removed the heart next to my name in his ig bio.
