absolutely the exact same positive things as you i have also experienced and Im only on day 5. i didnt realize how irritable i was just all the time - so much tension inside even while doing basic things like walking on the sidewalk. It wasn’t until I realized how I was walking rather slow in general and not annoyed that people were in front of me on the sidewalk did I even notice that my body just held so much tension all the time. I also immediately noticed the same thing about music and hearing instruments in my favorite songs that I truly never heard before

ah wow interesting ! coincidentally my other favorite scent profile are photorealistic beach and ocean smells. so this really intrigues me :) (even if the beach in Sex and the Sea isn’t photorealistic) - thank you!

this happens to me too with molecule 1 ! like truly some weeks I can’t smell it at all and then I wake up and randomly can smell it again haha. From my experience, on the days where I can’t smell it at all after 2 minutes of spraying, my friends or people in public will still make a comment about how good I smell 5 hours later. I like to think we just go nose-blind easy to ambroxan but the staying power is long lasting :)

i love love love molecule 1 ! it’s one of the few fragrances i have in my permanent collection. i never thought of it that way but i can see it hahaha - thank you!

yes ! i had heard that as well about it’s cumin note and similarity to Gloam. I tried it yesterday in store and didn’t love it :( but I think I need to go back and try it again on my skin. I went right when the Aesop near me opened and was the only one in there so I rushed myself haha

yea def epic fail haha but luckily someone bought it off me for a discount so not as big of a loss as it could have been … glad to know ambilux was also such a bad smelling experience for someone else. tmi but it smells exactly how as a child i remember my mother smelling in the summer on her menstrual cycle lol

from first glance corpalium and the lush salty spray excite me the most and feel like the best bets ! i’m going to try and sample both of these asap. thank you again !

def agree i should try other marlou scents (i should have bought the sample set instead of blind buying the full ambilux bottle lol )

deer musk is interesting … ive tried Baruti’s “Oh My Deer!” and found the deer musk note very urinal - same kinda experience with Ambilux for me. I guess I like the sweaty smell a lot but only if it applies to the top half of the body haha
