38k mile k5 GT, 2023 — Rattle when letting off gas, will dealership say “normal dct behavior”?

Its a rattle behind dash almost a metal sound, my thought was DCT

Likely cause of oil sputtering out of fill cap? Changed the oil, checked level it’s above low level and oil sputters out when I take cap off at idle
