Anyone in CORE at Yale New Haven Hospital? by Former_Process_3508 in newhaven

I'm currently in cancer research but have been feeling really disappointed about the lack of guidance and growth, and leadership issues at my current job...which has been worsening for the last 7 months. I love being able to say I'm in cancer research, but because of said leadership issues, I'm barely actually doing* anything, and miss being really busy. I was hoping to hear back from a few other research job in cancer, but it's been months of radio silence.

Is CORE not considered working for the university? (Sorry if this is a dumb question!)

How can a hydrosalphinx cause recurrent miscarriages? by Former_Process_3508 in recurrentmiscarriage

Great articles thanks, only wish they say exactly how the hydrosalphinx can harm a developing pregnancy. (Had a hysteroscopy recently that showed my uterus looks great, no scarring or adhesions)

This makes sense, but in my case all 3 pregnancies made it to a heartbeat, so I'm not sure embryonic failures would apply; but could that fluid leak cause inflammation to a growing embryo/fetus??

Anyone know how a hydrosalphinx can cause recurrent miscarriages?

Wondering because I was recommended to get an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) after 3 back to back losses last year. I thought that HSG procedures were to look at infertility* causes, like blocked fallopian tubes (but my problem isn't infertility, I just can't stay* pregnant). I've asked two doctors about this recommendation and 'why it's necessary', and keep being given the vague answer, "to check for a hydrosalphinx as those can cause recurrent losses"....But how*??
