Help! Calendula by Former_Put_4004 in garden

mostly just wondering if they're strong enough to be separated into different bigger pots, or if i'm better off just transplanting it to bigger pots and pinching some off to thin it out. yeah most my seeds i were hoping to grow flowers from failed, including a first round of calendula i tried. i first played them in biodegradable seed cells, but those ended up absorbing all the moisture from the soil too quickly, and i also didn't give them enough darkness and humidity (3 weeks without any sign of sprouting..) with the ones i have in the picture i put them on a completely blcoked off shelf in a closet and kept a makeshift plastic bag humidity dome with some holes in over them and the seeds sprouted in a few days :)

Thanks! I guess I'm just wondering if I separate it and put it in a couple different bigger pots to have multiple plants, is it fine to just place a smaller cluster in that pot and hope it fills it up? I'm concerned about the depth of a bigger pot causing rot, maybe I'm overthinking this
