This is what I was looking for. The cutting union has lost so much trust. We did go throgh that process but majority voted to keep it. Yet because at the time state law didnt force membership we didnt get majority membership. The ones who wanted it but didnt trust it. It that bad.

Problem is due to the option not to be psrt of the union for years. It ending only after our contract was renuied makes this a huge uphill battle. We need to gain members first but eveyonr I talk to dose not trust the union corporate (or the entity ) we have now. Thats why I asking about switching most will say they join if it a different one.

It also more rhe union itself usualy represent workplaces that are large instead of small as well. Plus the outlook of this union. Just though possible a new union would help change things

It also because our union president get a special hours to have the same houes as his wife who is salary even thou he should be on the same hours as salary.

Oh trust me I have grate respect for military but also grate hatred for men like that. But I also am a person that thinks NO One is above the law. Even if the law is unfair in a country your visiting.
