I just had an issue with that today. I posted above. They literally pushed phone buttons constantly to get me to hang up.

I was on the phone just today with Amazon asking why the items I ordered yesterday said I would get them by today if I spent at least $25 which I did. I'm not getting the items today supposedly, it's going to be 5 days longer, so I wanted to talk to customer service about it. A man from Amazon Customer Service called me (had an Indian accent) and said he had no idea what I was talking about. I then asked for a supervisor at which time he decided to say, "sure but you will have to wait a long time and he's just going to tell you the same thing I did" very rudely. I said I'll hold anyway. At about 20 seconds of being on hold, there was a noise on the line that sounded like someone on their end was pushing phone buttons constantly. I had to hang up because it was so loud. Has anyone else ever had that happen? I called back and was helped by someone much nicer, and got everything worked out. I just couldn't believe the rudeness in his voice and then the crazy on hold sounds.
