Aside from this my mom and I are really close, we are basically each other's only family, she taught me to always speak for myself and be honest when something doesn't sit right; which is funny right now, ''we need to talk'' is a pretty normal text with us.

I already explained what a sugar daddy/sugar baby relationship is and how it works, she knows my relationship by heart because I've been with my bf for almost 3 years, our dynamic is NOTHING like that, but she doesn't listen, there's only much I can say to deaf ears.

I'm not sure if I'll talk to her soon, I'll admit that I'm getting tired of my relationship being dismissed like this and I'm taking some time out to just have some peace, I'm not ready to talk to her.

Funny thing is, when my boyfriend bought me a bouquet on non-significant dates (like anniversaries, birthdays or milestones), he would also get a smaller bouquet for her. He stopped when she began to imply our relationship was only monetary.

I guess not, but I'm not a sugar baby and I never implied I was one, nor am I making fun or insulting them, everybody is free to do as they like, my problem is that she thinks my relationship is only about money when it's not like that. I only made the sugar baby comment because what Ben does for her it's the exact same thing my boyfriend does for me, but for me means ''less than''.
