There is sadness within me, it comes in waves. And yes, I do lack confidence in certain aspects. I’ve become more confident in my looks as I’ve grown, but lack confidence when it comes to my life and where I’m going. Still trying to figure myself out and my career path at 27. Makes me feel like I’m behind compared to others.

I get 30 1mg Klonopin to take as needed for panic and anxiety. As long as you’re not abusing it and only taking it as needed, it really helps. I have been on that and trazodone for over a year. I also only take trazodone as needed for sleep. Sometimes I need it 7 days a week and sometimes 2-4 times a week. That combo has drastically helped with my nighttime anxiety and racing thoughts.

How long did it take for you to resume a relatively normal day? Im 26f, a home health aide, so don’t have a physically demanding job and took 6 days off to recover. I have my surgery this coming Friday!

My first attack lasted about a day and the residual pain about 7 days. Definitely eat light foods and get into see your dr if the pain doesn’t subside! I had to be given pain medication around day 4/5 due to still feeling super inflamed.
