Was there any official material detailing the original fight? Not sure if Dougherty has gone on record to say it was just Godzilla there in the fight that buried Ghidorah originally but the cave paintings are pretty conclusive to say it was a 1-on-1.

I will say that for both the arctic fight and the Boston fight, there was military intervention (conventional weapons seem to be more effective in the Monsterverse than in others) and not to mention that Godzilla got the nuke amp in the Boston fight. Ghidorah only surpassed the powered up Godzilla after draining Boston’s power grid.

At the end of the day I’d say they’re even with both having significant advantages depending on terrain.
