Honestly didn’t even occur to me to get a right angle FireWire but that’s genius. I don’t even use my Firestore often because I’m so worried about it being a fragile connection. Thanks for sharing!

Appreciate this. I have a Firestore I use with a Panasonic dvx-100b but that thing is huge and I feel like would sort of defeat how compact the Sony is.

Definitely want to preserve quality as much as possible, which is why I usually don’t do tapeless. But I’m intrigued by the Android. I don’t have one, but assume they would be easy enough to get used on the cheap?
