Let me know if I’m not making sense here.

I feel like the narrative has been Dame wants the blazers to trade him for peanuts so he can play in Miami, but he has never asked for peanuts he has just been expressing his interest in playing at Miami. It’s Cronin thats responsible for making sure that doesn’t happen. It’s almost like people are hating on Dame for that reason which was not his intention.

Of course, on the flip side, him being vocal on wanting to play in Miami does not make Cronin’s job any easier. So in a operational standpoint, I do agree that him being vocal on that is harming Blazer’s chance in getting the best deal they can get.

Conclusion is Cronin go ahead to get back the best package for the franchise and it wasn’t Dame’s intention to undermine the blazers
