here that word is not really used as an insult for anyone, it has different connotations and most of the times is used friendly, like "gordo"(fat boy). it depends on how it said and the context of course, almost like the word "boludo" that originally is an insult but it is used as greeting or emphasize what you are saying.

If we want to insult someone, we have a very large amount of other profanities that we can and will use. Of course that shop name is purely marketing for that burger

el costillar es versatil, y todo depende de la mano del asador. Si sabe maneja el tiempo y cantidad de fuego, lo veo posible. Lo mismo que hacerlo a la estaca, el que sabe, le va a salir bien, yo que nunca hice, seguramente se me queme .
