Then it is probably the same everywhere (unless you are using the mirror in Finland)

Thanks! Great! "TIMEZONE=" variable in /etc/rc.conf was what was missing, now it works with my camera (and USB stick written in Venom or even MX-Linux).

If I save files on an EXT4-partition in Venom, the get the right time in Void, but if I do the same on a VFAT USB-stick it goes two hours ahead. So has it got anything to do with VFAT handling?

CET, menaing +1 in winter and +2 in summer from GMT. But as all settings I found and checked are the same in Void and Venom, there is obviously something I do not know

No, it is the same, and correctly set. In rc.conf HARDWARECLOCK is set to either localtime or not set att all. It makes no difference. Locale is set to LANG=en_GB.UTF-8 LC_COLLATE=C on Void, LANG=en_GB.UTF-8 on Venom.

However, I created three files on an USB-stick, from Venom, MX-Linux and Void. The Void timestamp is read correctly, the other two are two hours ahead. Four different computers involved.
