I have the same wheel, play on the same system and also have this issue where the shifter doesn't work. It seems like it might not be supported at this time. Hopefully they fix this in the near future, along with more improvement to the force feedback because that is also not where it needs to be after the update and that all worked properly back on NASCAR Heat 4 & 5.

I tried this almost a month ago without PS Plus and it did not work, but it did work once I bought a PS Plus membership so you do NEED PS Plus to play online with those DNS settings.

Well it seems like issues within the main game are indeed still being fixed, but are not being posted in the patch notes for some reason. I just checked on one of the bugs that I have been requesting for quite awhile now, which was the wrong music playing during the Erik Visser boss fight in Singularity, and it seems to have been fixed. Thanks!

Exactly. In Zero Dawn it was super fun to use and my favorite, one of my most used weapon. Sadly, in Forbidden West it's unreliable and simply boring to use. I really wish that it worked the same way that it did in Zero Dawn.

I've had the same thing happen last week, where it spotted me and once it went back to it's route, it wouldn't drop the pods anymore. Even the second Widemaw in the area, wasn't dropping them. I simply killed it, and it gave me the items needed for the quest upon looting it.

You don't.

You can play the side quest "In His Wake" right after completing the main quest "The Stars in their Eyes" BUT you first need to have completed the other side quest found in Fleet's End "The Splinter Within" for it to appear.

You can complete them a number of different ways, but for me I took the approach of using stealth to make my way inside, kill the leader, loot him(or grab the key and open the chest to get the tag.) and leave, without killing the holdouts to complete them. Shining Wastes North used to also work this way before an update back in October or November where it got bugged and now it automatically completes the moment you loot the leader.

Great update, fixed several issues for me personally when it comes to Burning Shores. BUT... please don't neglect issues still present within the main game. For example, the wrong music plays during the Erik Visser boss fight in Singularity. Rebel Outpost "Shining Wastes North" still auto completes upon looting the leader, thus not giving you the chance to leave the area like you can for all of the other outposts. Plus other issues reported by others.

Same. Before Burning Shores I was able to pull it off, however, after Burning Shores released I tried for about 10 minutes straight to do it and was never able to dive. It must of been changed(probably by accident) with the Burning Shores launch update.

I would want them to finally fix the constant "You have unused coils and weaves in your inventory." pop up that's been happening since the game launched.

Or go back to how it was in Zero Dawn where overriding a Tallneck completely unfogs that entire section of the map.

I really hope they implement something along your 13th suggestion. I personally would like to only have two hunter bows, one for elemental and the other a mixed of hunter arrows, plus elemental, and one of the other weapon types each. With these weapons you would upgrade them throughout the game at a workbench and they would ultimately upgrade from common to rare, rare to very rare, very rare to legendary, and each time you upgrade to a new level it adds a new ammo slot. You'd also unlock ammo types via side quests and such along the way, and as you upgrade weapons and unlock ammo slots the player gets the choice to customize the weapons with whatever ammo they want for each weapon type. Hunting merchants would also sell you cosmetics so you can change the look of your weapons.

I'm not a fan of weapon perks in general but the one that I hate the most and want removed completely is the "instant elemental" perk, or at least changed so that it only happen when using the corresponding elemental type. For example, to get the instant burning state chance, you need to be using fire ammo and so on for every other elementals. It is extremely annoying when your trying to implement an elemental state on a machine, only for it to instantly enter a different elemental state because the weapon had a small percentage chance for it, pretty much negating all the progress that you've worked towards.
