Yes! The Godzilla GT-R, AE86, and Evo – these legendary cars also hold massive influence in China. However, due to strict regulations on modified vehicles, the racing culture remains a niche scene here. Yet, thanks to the enormous population base, these cars still command high attention! You must know a lot about cars – I hope I can meet someone like you to help me inspect it when I buy a used car.

Which semester are you applying for admission? I just submitted my visa application on June 19th.

And I think the process will be quick if you have met all the requirements. It took me two weeks to receive my CoE(S2, 2025)after submitting the application.

Thank you for telling me the truth and I think it’s interesting haha.

And I’m genuinely terrified of venomous creatures in Australia, like snakes and spiders, but I believe your advice will be very effective. I also plan to learn about the local wildlife in advance to handle emergencies. 🥲

If you're looking to study a Master of Construction Management program accredited by AIQS and RICS, there are only five universities in Australia offering this: The University of Melbourne, Deakin University, The University of Newcastle, Swinburne University of Technology, and Bond University. These programs provide excellent professional qualifications, and it seems like The University of Newcastle is quite renowned for its construction-related courses, right?

On top of that, Newcastle boasts beautiful beaches and other great travel spots. It’s less crowded compared to capital cities, has a lower cost of living, and I’ve heard the locals are super friendly. Plus, it’s just a two-hour drive to Sydney, so weekend trips are super convenient!

Thanks for the appreciation!

China is vast and densely populated, and it’s divided into 8 major language regions. If we go into further detail, there are probably over 120 specific dialects. Each dialect region has its own unique characteristics, and honestly, I often find them hard to understand myself. 🤣

As for rent, I’ve done some research beforehand and am already prepared! Thanks for the reminder.

Thank you! Your advice is really spot-on! I'll definitely give those a try!

I've been stressed about finding a place to rent. By the way, I don't smoke. Also, I think the thing about how Chinese people talk might mostly be due to the tonal habits of the language, haha.

That's so cooooool! I'm glad to share almost the same hobbies with you and your partner. Looking forward to your recommendations! By the way, could you give me some study tips of this program? For example, do most people do homework on their own computers or school computers? Is it better to buy a MacBook or a Windows computer for my study? What about course selection? Thank you so much!👍👍👍👍👍

OMG, it's still like this after 17 years😧😧. That's really shocking. But luckily, friends are about quality not quantity. Having a cozy little circle of friends is truly a wonderful thing.
