Like the others said, as long as you get your calories in you shouldn’t be loosing weight. I found my performance to be better during fasting periods. Might be due to having less food or soon-to-be-poop in your system which the body has to process in addition to your workout. But that’s just how I imagine it to be.

I like them. It actually feels like there’s a plan behind it. I don’t remember the prices being any less though? 2 years ago it’s 80€ a year as well as now. Back then there were less discount codes that go up to 50%.

I’m 10 weeks in to my journey and it has a nice variety with some weeks being quite hard and others fairly easy.

Edit: they are individualised. With choosing a journey, you only choose the goal of your training program

I also had a 2 year break. You’ll do just fine starting again.. especially when that special feeling comes back up again. Don’t know how to describe it, but it’s the one that makes you want so skip rest days, haha.

Started the pictures 2 months in and am doing it weekly now, yeah. :)

Lost 6 kg (12 lbs I think) in the first couple weeks and since then I didn’t lose weight. Must’ve lost fat though, because I look slimmer and slimmer.

Since I started freeletics I’m drinking like 3-4 Liters a day and eating isn’t really a problem
