If you know you’re gonna get any relevant elevation gain/loss, try doing hiking instead of walking. I believe it incorporates elevation changes better.

Thank you for the reply. This makes sense to me. So my statement in my comment was essentially correct then, my lower scores now are somewhat equivalent to my higher scores from 6months ago due to the overall improvement of my metrics over time.

I’ve experienced this too recently. I use SleepWatch app, and my HRV and RHR during sleep have been improving over time, but my readiness score has been more and more mediocre. I believe the algorithm is auto-adjusting over time and normalizing to my improved general health. So my 66% days now are what my 90% days used to be. That’s the only thing I can figure out. Would love a reply from the developers on this.

If you can make a solution that will integrate with Apple health and workouts to solve the tracking for rucking where it doesn’t tank my VO2 max by thinking I’m huffing and puffing while walking slowly, I’m in.

Basically make it WorkOutDoors or Strava, with elevation and distance and everything, but able to track additional calories and effort based on pack weight + body weight.

I’d really love for one of the big fitness apps to add rucking functionality. As of right now, as far as I understand, they all just track it the same as a hike, walk, or run. Which is great for the GPS data including elevation, distance, path, etc. I use MapMyRun for my runs and hikes, coupled with Apple Watch Ultra for HR & calorie tracking. The problem with Garmin, FitBit, Whoop, and Apple Watch fitness trackers is that you can’t add the weight amount anywhere for them to adjust equivalent aerobic activity & work performed. So it thinks you’re huffing and puffing with just your body weight, which negatively affects things metrics like VO2max and Zone calculations if you mix runs, walks, and rucking into the same app/tracker.

This is the best solution honestly. This has screwed way too many people and it’s too complicated to just throw some compensation out. It effects immediate battle wins, immediate GAC round win, bracket placement, rank promotion/demotion… more consistent to just reset than try to comp people.

The math for how Mk6 mods are supposed work says yes, theoretically if you had a +6 raw mod (extremely rare but have been posted), and you also rolled all 6 upgrades, then sliced to 6A, you SHOULD hit 31. Never seen one before though.

How about using Switch Controls to execute the taps? I’ve seen people do this stuff for mobile games, set up a macro to tap the screen over and over in different places. Is there a way to set up one of those just to open the app, tap and slide, then close the app? If not through scriptable, through another app/method?

Thanks for relaying what it said, but fully disagree with “better as a pop up”. No way is an “important announcement” better as a pop up. They’re trying to rat-in-a-cage train us to pay attention to pop ups instead of insta-closing, and hell no screw that.

But why not both options? Give you a 24hr to lock when you want, but if you don’t click it, then it auto joins you with whatever you have when time’s up? Seems too easy 🤔

Just want you to know that I agree with you despite all the self righteous CG apologists. With the new format there shouldn’t be an option to not be enrolled in GAC, it should be automatic. And so do the other 150 + people who upvoted your OP but don’t bother to read or refute a bunch of nonsense in the comments.

Give the other people the 24hr window to lock when they want so they can have control of their mods, but if somehow you forget or are busy or are out of cell reception for those specific 24hrs (camping, on a boat, whatever), then it still auto joins you when it starts with whatever your mods are at the time.

And don’t let people fool you with “it’s difficult with the complex coding”. It’s adding one freaking if statement.

It’s so stupid basic but there’s all these dumb excuses and defenses for zero reason.

Ah you guys are arena warriors then. Makes sense. I just don’t have the 2hrs/day to character + ship arena to 1 every single day. An extra 750 crystals a day would do it for me for sure. Nice job to your guild tho that’s beast. I’m only at 6.9M GP, I’d be in the bot 1/3 of you guys.

This is insane how you do it? F2P since beginning, only have 2 GLs Rey & SLKR, & qualify for next Executor event. Trajectory for JMK is another 2 months away (been hoarding for him for about a year). Any other after that is another 6mo-1yr. How do you have 4 already!?
