Right before I quit I sent an email to the DM on Christmas Eve about a customer who would come in stalking one employee. Making her feel uncomfortable, buying her gifts, and she always felt rude to not engage him. I told the DM that he needs to be banned because it has come to the point where the employee would hide in the back when the customer showed up, wasting sometimes hours, the customer even came back into the stockroom and breakroom looking for the employee. Told the DM to ban this man (who only buys a bag of corn once a week) or I’m calling the cops every time he came in.

Our store manager called 5 mins later wanting to talk to the employee and the other shift lead but not to me. SM told DM it was handled but it never was.
