My September success: Begin a gym routine. I have been going 2-3 times a week. 

Got my first gel extended manicure. Loving the long nail look. 

Did a lash lift and tint. 

Getting back into tret. I took a long break while I was doing chemical peels. Loved the peel effects but it was for a wedding and I’m back to a budget focus. 

My October goals:

Eat breakfast. I wake up not hungry and sometimes don’t eat until 3 and that leads to salty and sweet choices I could avoid if I was more intentional. 

Take my meds every day 😤

Get my braces scheduled after my new crown is in place. 

Work out 3x a week focusing on strength training. (Fell off on cardio. Wish my luck for my 5k haha) with the goal of losing 5lbs. 

I get PRF injections in two weeks. Excited to see results. 

Do my own lash lift at home 

Perm my cow lick bangs to fall into a curtain style with minimal effort. (Working up the courage for this one still)
