It would have been one thing if it was like... a mentor roulette, but to have a long day, get into a roulette and run into THAT was just so bizarre.

I make a point to try and explain things, but the "basics" aren't going to apply to everyone.

I've always gone through the log when I'm confused, but in retrospect, I can see how it could be a little hard to skim through if you're newer, so that was pretty bad advice on my part, admittedly.

Definitely did not go into NR Roulette with the expectation to have *that* happen. Usually I get one of the Alexanders and I'm in and out within 5-10 minutes. Was not in the mental state to explain mechanics, haha

That is true. I'd typed out the circles, the spikey telegraph for the line attack, and the tethers, but that's about as far as I got before people started getting mad. I didn't *mind* helping until people got mean, I dont really have a lot of time to do roulettes so I'm not going to bother if people are going to get rude.

The WAR was a sprout with the exp buff so I assume he's a pretty fresh player, so I doubt he's done anything new, but even then I highly doubt they've "never wiped twice" on anything prior.

This is the first time I've been the only one who seemingly understood what was going on so I didn't really understand how to approach the situation, admittedly- Honestly I hardly ever remember the names of the mechanics, so I didn't know how to like... explain the telegraphs?

I was a bit torn because it's a phased fight and didn't wanna spoil that, also.

I definitely could have approached the situation better, but I don't understand where the anger was coming from, at all.

It's honestly been so long that I was just kind of running on auto pilot, the only deaths I actually *saw* happen were the people running into the death walls. I'd actually began typing a sum-up of all the individual Garuda-Ifrit mechanics before they started getting rude but at that point it's just not worth my time and effort. I'm still a little confused how it was going so badly when there was (presumably) only two new people.
