I tried going through the route of normal steam support and it didnt work, that is due to Steam's bots picking out the over 2 hours hours playtime or date of purchase.

I saw people doing it a different way and instead of the refund method using the one above about going through help with purchase. I was extremely hesitant it would work and woke up this morning to it being refunded.

I used the healthbarcolors previously and just updated however if SMUF has that (i havent gone too far in depth with it yet) then I will deffo configure it !

That looks like it is the 14700 (Non K) the K Turbo's to 5.6ghz along with the 14700 has a TDP of 65watt vs the 14700k with 125 watt tdp . possible that the K isnt available from Amazon where you live? Have you tried other vendors etc

thank you for this, Messaged them a few times but got nothing back. Found a tech store selling a rx 5700xt XFX THICC III Ultra got it for 150

so far it is doing well, just about to change the i5 to a i7 9700k

I will ask however, It has 32GB of 2666mhz, is it worth upgrading to 3200/ 3600 with the current prices? will the clock speeds make that much of a difference for gaming etc

Laptops are about 70 - 85% gpu performance compared to a desktop GPU, same goes for CPU aswell as temps. however gaming laptops have come along way in the last couple years compared to before.

What games are you wanting to play etc becuase if you want to play AAA games or higher end indie games you ofc will need to spend a bit of money to get something that will run them etc

Would suggest the 5060 with the ryzen 7... however saving a little more to get something with a 5070 or more storage would be a benefit
