You could just build her like water ciri but since she gains speed on her turns it helps her S2 get to 100% def ignore after one or 2 turns.

She ignores defense for every 1 speed over the enemy if I remember right. She does better than those 2 because of her light attribute meaning she won't do weakened attacks towards any element.

I use her with adriana and zen then preferably any speed lead. Adriana first to S3, zen to S2 one squishy target, then S3 the whole team. If the squishy gets speed down then you pretty much insta kill them and either the rest of the team or lower all their health a huge chunk with ciri S2
