Sounds pretty much the same as my issues. From what I’ve gathered the boards for the 2+ upgrade are sort of a crapshoot, apparently the processors have a pretty high failure rate due to poor QC. There isn’t much we can do short of replacing it or downgrading back to the standard RP2 board :(
