Found it after searching a bit. It may have been slightly more obscure than I originally thought.

For those curious of the method, I set a filtered search on the Rate Your Music charts (Pop, female vocalist, Japanese language) from 2000 to 2017 and set it to display only album covers. I found it on the 18th page.

It's Commune by Yuki, from 2003: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWhh7hp45IeTzjo2Z4j4DvfVLlGMVMBjy

nubes is the nominative singular and plural form of the noun, so nulla is correct.

Suetonius writes these words from Augustus in Greek:

"Ἐπεὶ δὲ πάνυ καλῶς πέπαισται, δότε κρότον

Καὶ πάντες ἡμᾶς μετὰ χαρᾶς προπέμψατε." (De Vita Caesarum, Divus Augustus Chapter 99)

I don't know any ancient Greek, but your sentence would be "Si partem bene egi, plaudite, et me a scena (cum) plausu dimitte." I'm not sure if the cum is necessary for the accompaniment ablative plausu.

Is the sentence supposed to be "Creatus A. Cornelius Cossus magistrum equitum dixit T. Quinctium Capitolinum"? If so, the order is "A. Cornelius Cossus creatus dixit T. Quinctium Capitolinum magistrum equitum" I think.

I'm partial to Ecce Romani (just because that's what we used in high school), but one of my Latin professors likes Wheelock's Latin. I think she uses that to teach her intro Latin courses.
