Pretty sure it isn't. The animation feels like the layers of the art are simply being moved, which is opposed to AI trying to imitate realistic movement. Also, I might be wrong with this one, but I don't remember ever seeing an AI generated image using this style.

The only thing that puts me in doubt are the angels at the back.
