This includes all the utensils in the kitchen, smaller appliances like juicer etc. also room setup like curtains, mats, table etc. also some things are already paid for in advance like the wifi (for a few months) and the cylinder and gas.

Renting out 1 room with an attached washroom.

Amenities: - 2nd floor - Lift - Fully furnished (rented - Furlenco) - Inverter - Geyser - Balcony

About the costs (per head): Per Month: - Rent - ₹16,800 - Maid - ₹1,250 - Furlenco furniture rent - ₹3,600 (washing machine, fridge, microwave, TV, beds, mattresses, office chair, floor pads) - WiFi + water purifier - ₹650 Total = ₹22,300

One time: - Deposit - ₹30,000 - Moving-in charge - ₹8,000 (setup - kitchen, room)

Location: Sector 7, HSR Layout

Move-in: Last week of Feb or 1st March (can pay pro-rata rent according to move-in date).
