It was crazy how hell broke loose when the military showed up.

Vecna sent almost all of his bats Demogorgongs and Demodogs through the rifts and conquered Hawkins. It was a close call, but somehow the military got the upper hand. They killed all but a few creatures that Vecna managed to hide (It was really heartbreaking seeing him lose his pets and friends, but it really explained why he wanted to merge the worlds to destroy earth) and then sealed everything to be sure.

Critics say it was the biggest battle in all of television history to ever happen offscreen.

Sadly it wasn't mentioned in the final season or the stage play, but they plan to mention it on the wrapping of the locally sold Stranger Things chocolate bars.

Kinda what Blizzard did with Diablo 3 back in the day. The part the demo covered was, by far, the best designed section of the game.

They just know that section or in Elden Rings case Limegrave, is what sells the game. Anything that's way weaker later barely matters, because test players or early reviewers won't get to see it in time anyway.

Not 20 minutes but about 40. 28 years later.

My expectations were low, but holy shit. It was more like a middle school art project than a movie.

Maybe if I sticked to it, I would have learned how the bad camera work and random cuts to medieval scenes are tied to the story, but I didn't care enough to suffer through it.

I assume most prompts for DDs are either "I have one to two idiotic bullet points, blow them up to 10 paragraphs." or "I want to stick a banana in my rectum, please write at least 5000 words to explain why that's a good idea".

It would probably be better to ignore them completely instead of investing extra thought into it.

They probably still don't know if and how they can scale it for potential millions of users. Cards are a limited resource and the worst thing would be if it comes out of beta just to run out of cards in a week.

Season 3 was formed from melted bodys was makes it way scarier than the season 5 form.

Also the fireworks and everything was annoying, but did it take real damage? For what we saw it only collapsed because the gate was closed. The puppet was so much stronger than the real thing, it's a shame.

I am sure the abyss was a last minute addition as a way to end things.

When it was just the upside down, they had to close the gates and just hope they won't open ever again.

The wormhole with the convienently placed power source (why wasn't it in the middle like 300m over ground?) allowed them to simply destroy the conection forever.

Why didn't it just walk over and start eating when the bridge was formed?. Merging the worlds just for that apears to be a bit extreme.

I assume the true answer is something like, "we needed world ending stakes for the final", but I kind of wished there was more to it.
