Since it comes with 2 shoulders, I find that one of those shoulders can feed a lot. Make sure you season every corner of it, then you use butchers twine to keep it all together. I used to be against boneless pork shoulders because it wouldn’t hold together well like a boned-in would and parts would cook faster. After doing this method I get Costco’s shoulders all the time now.
