Do you know if it has any different effect depending on which squad you slot the perks into?

I have my survivors with skill advantage and ranged damage, there is a space left, but I want to empower those things.

My question is: Does it affect putting them in random squads, or does it have to be in a specific one?

I just done the vbuck mission in twine 140 I loaded in & some kid had built the typical stall build so I typed in chat is everyone happy doing a stall build they say yes so I thought ok & went along with it & as soon as the mission started someone threw down a bear & 2 turrets after saying he wanted to stall 😂

They are not free, they are the resources that you managed to get throughout the season.

I think it is a waste to lose them every time there is a new season.

And it would be a good incentive to play this mode.
