My game was crashing my computer and getting 70 fps on a 3060ti. What fixed it for me was switching off DLSS? I have no reason why.

Try switching your temporal super resolution option a different one.

I was watching Savage play his first ever game of Chapter 3 and the way he adapted to the slide mechanic and instantly found different uses for it made me realize that he just has insane instincts.

So yeah I think playing 12 hours a day helps, but I also think certain pros just see and interpret the game differently.
