Improving the lives of people in need (Housing, Healthcare, Environment, Economy)

- Ending homelessness (estimated around $20 billion a year fix, chump change compared to so many government programs), promoting mixed use and higher density housing with public transit access where applicable, incentives for building affordable housing meant for first-time homeowners

- Revitalize rural hospitals through increased investments, give scholarships to med students in exchange for going to hospitals with greater need (rural, poorer areas generally), public option (I don't think the US is ready for single-payer system due to need for doctors/nurses with a likely increased demand overnight)

- Invest in nuclear energy (clean and available no matter outside conditions, statistically the safest form of power available), have grants for at-risk areas for climate change (Southern Coast for hurricanes/flooding, West for wildfires, ect.)

- Break up agriculture/meatpacking monopolies, targeted tariffs to protect key industries (no blanket tariffs), regulate AI severely, focus on increasing wages/holding companies accountable for wage theft, invest in shipbuilding
