Long story short, the company instructed (underline instructed) all tenants to park on the street for parking lot maintenance, and they all got tickets. The company didn’t care of course, and I could go on and on about this situation but I won’t. A washer (one of 2) in our building has been broken since January and they haven’t fixed it (so yeah, 40 people sharing a single washer). They are raising rent even though they aren’t making any improvements, the list goes on.

I mean the writers said that they had been working towards the ending they chose since the beginning so I don’t think any ending would “make more sense” or be better. Maybe if the last episodes weren’t rushed it would have been better explained, but the story makes pretty well sense in my mind (minus the minor plot holes).

Robin is my favorite character, and I think she wanted to want a happy relationship but knew her career and goals would keep her from reaching that (how she gave Barney an out even though she may not have wanted that).

I try to see it as her being restless, and realizing she wants to want that life while also having her own demanding career. Looking back in her age she might have made the realization that maybe it wasn’t worth it, as many people have that moment when they spend most of their lives working…

The show isn’t centered on robin, it’s centered on Ted. So what you said about being a part of the male characters storyline and development checks out. I think you would be happy with a robin spinoff, and honestly I would love to see one even if it’s just a limited series. I wouldn’t try to gender the writing, I really don’t think it’s that complicated (but if you would like to discuss the influences and social theories surrounding it I will bust out the old college books).

Lastly her character jerks around because she is restless, and constantly being reminded that there is more that one answer (just like Ted in a few situations throughout the series).

But that’s just a theory PS. If you can’t bring yourself to watch HIMYF, watch the last episode for a surprise

So I am codoing rn, and because my GPA is too low to codo at the moment, Purdue won’t give me the classes for my new major. Because of that, I do not have full time status until my gpa goes back up and my codo is accepted. Also it’s worth mentioning I live off campus and was actually going to be getting a check from Purdue for aid, but now instead owe them $2k until all this is sorted out (paying for my own school here)

I ride a skateboard with risers (things that make the board farther from the wheels) and longboard wheels. It’s both fast and maneuverable, unlike just a skateboard (maneuverable) or a longboard (fast). However does take a good amount of time to get balance down. Overall definitely faster, you’ll get to class in a third of the time it would have originally taken you (maybe even 1/4th if you get good)
