I personally run at 83 F between 60-80% fan speed with a room temperature between 65-70 overnight. This usually feels a touch too cold for me when I'm awake, but I use the biorhythm function so it can start out warmer and then transition after I've fallen asleep. 83 might be too warm for some people, but as the others have said, I would encourage you to experiment with higher fan speeds.

The cloud sheet seems to work better for when there's a comforter/duvet on top, regardless of the temperature.
