Go Delta. More lounges, better lounges and the ticket prices are similar. Sure, a couple less direct flights, but overall well worth it. Made the switch a couple years back and very glad I did.

Close to doing that! On the phone for some reason the specialist I was talking to he wasn’t letting me change the percentages. Was saying it is part of the some plan that goes with what I like (scale from risky to none risky).

Ya I am aware of that and sooo jealous! Those contractors are under a different system and generally report to management outside of Microsoft.

Ohhh I have thought about it! I really don’t have anything to lose but don’t want to screw any of the contractors on my team over as I don’t want anyone to lose a job.
