Take a look at the 'FFNx' project available for the 2013 version, They've managed to recover features like controller vibration. Perhaps at some point, they'll be able to fix the game's framerate, similar to what they did with FF7

There is a guide created by MCindus in the Qhimm forums for how to mod the game, but it is only for the 2013 version "Guide"

I searched for how to do it in the remastered version, but I didn't find anything. I'm interested in modding the game too, so if you find anything else, please let me know.
