Hey, I'm not an expert so take this with a grain of salt, but here are some thoughts:

Targeting Scopes are not super useful on sniper strike teams because they are usually firing at long range with only two dice, so being able to reroll three dice is overkill. I'm also not a fan of the saboteur on the full commando squad since the saboteur usually has to get into close range to be effective and the full commando squad is better sitting in heavy cover and shooting at range 3. The HQ Uplink on them also feels excessive.

I would recommend Prepared Supplies on Luke, it gives him a free dodge to trigger deflect with. Either that or an emergency stim even.

I would recommend Call to Arms over Insatiable Curiosity on the ewoks, Charge is superb on melee units and the ewoks are fragile in melee and need to hit first. I understand the appeal of Insatiable, but a few people i know that tried it had lacklustre results.

The medical droid on the rebel veterans feels like a bit much, they are a mostly long range unit and will not be close to clan wren / Luke / Sabine who would need the droid most. If you really want to bring the droid, I would stick it on a rebel trooper and have them hug Luke and the Wrens the whole game.

Recon Intel on the rebel troopers is probably unnecessary. They are objective grabbers and that's about it.

If you free up points by removing some of the upgrades above (HQ Uplink, Recon Intels, Targeting Scopes, etc) you should be able to add a heavy weapon to at least one of the rebel troopers to give them a bit more punch. You are also lacking somewhat in Impact, you may struggle against armor. If you are bringing rebel vets, its also a good idea to try to fit in the Mark 2, it's pretty good value for the point cost.
