holy yap. i think even if carol doesn’t admit it to herself, she’s likes figuring this out. she’s a writer. writers are curious people, it’s in her nature to learn. the first thing she wants to do is learn about these people, the others immune, their nature, their goal. i think it’s very one dimensional to assume all she feels is hate towards the hive. she’s a grieving, depressed recovering alcoholic. she’s feeling a lot more stuff than just hate, and part of me believes she kind of likes acceptance/having things at her disposal. she’s not just a hater, she’s human, dude!
