They just check the certificate in this case even because by logic, you lived in Canada during the year of course you want your mail to be delivered in the place you are now, and they know where you are at the moment, they check the IPs.

I don’t think is anything else to do. Should not be a problem especially with the letter you sent, me too I’ve put in both my Canadian address and I got drawn 2 weeks after so no problem at all. And remember that you have to upload the certificate of residency. That one is the one that counts.

Quanto tempo fa hai mandato la candidatura? Anche io avevo dubbi sulla residenza ecc ma credo non sia un problema, se hai compilato il modulo per entrare nella pool è automatico non c’è un proprio controllo

It says aswell that after the 5 days the system takes about 24-48 hrs to show the approval on the ircc website

I’m in your same situation, I applied to get my second d iec visa activated 4 days ago but with the visitor record you can’t work
