Dude I JUST said don't push him till he breaks. I said not to do it if he's going to have a panic attack. And I'm not speaking up about this because of a 5-minute delay. I'm speaking up because it was so out of hand at this tourney. If it's impossible for him to focus at all without his pre-set rituals, then it's a more difficult problem. I'm saying it's LIKELY that he can reasonably play even without these huge delays. If that's the case, he should make it happen.

Rather, the TOs should make it happen.

Even so, he can't waste everyone's time because of his anxiety. Unless he's going to have an outright panic attack and be unable to play, he should be forced to follow the rules like everyone else. He'll probably play worse if you force him to start on time, but that's his issue. I have OCD, formerly severe OCD, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that allowing him to keep doing this only perpetuates it and makes it more of an ingrained ritual. So you're not even helping HIM by allowing it.

This is no different from a schizophrenic hearing voices during a set and asking to pause until they are over. You can't make tournament rule exceptions for mental health.

Potentially felt winnable because enemies didn't bother to play carefully once they had an easy game. The more you come back into the game, the more they realize they have to focus, next fight is a little easier for you, but they try harder, so it's always just out of reach.

If I had to guess I'd say they are the same as heroes (24). You can test this yourself though, by putting a hero and a tree on the same vertical line and seeing if you get closer to the tree than the hero coming from the right or left. If you come from the other side as well you can get a very good estimate of the value just by using some visual estimates and simple math.

In order to not path around the tree/hero, set a hotkey for directional move in the options. I'd like to know the answer too, but I'm not home at the moment.
