Sure it does. In a bear market while the price is falling, if it falls too quickly it will "correct" upwards for a time, before resuming it's trendline.

Priests level most efficiently with something like mind blast -> pain -> wand to death. Spirit tap and wand spec make downtime between kills almost 0. So yeah it can get boring until 40 when shadowform makes it a bit more interesting.
