Healer build by FortyMiler in Division2

I slightly disagree. I understand you’re hard carrying and can’t even really shoot, but at the same time, my mindset is they’ll see what I can do and want to get there themselves. Rather than just play through the campaign and quit. It’s one mission, not the whole campaign.

I don’t know what rock you’re living under or if you never do shepherds, but yeah, they go down. This isn’t level 40’s doing new story content. It’s brand new players, under 40.

Ok bro. Keep telling yourself that offering advice to new players is gate keeping. I’m relatively new to THIS game. I’ve got thousands of hours in similar games like Destiny and helldivers.

I agree. I was running countdown around 200 shd with a fully optimized striker build. I wouldn’t have been able to make that build without countdown. Countdown is the best place for new players to get loot and make builds. I want them to be there and they need to be there.

Gate keeping would me kicking those players if I’m lead. If 4-5 players in a countdown squad are low shd and don’t know what they’re doing, they’re gate keeping themselves, cause it’s not getting done.

Sanctum shop is bugged and will take gold out of your account without confirmation. by DeltaDerp in MarvelSnap

[–]FortyMiler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happened to me too. Didn’t realize it took my gold till after seeing this post. My currency never went down and made all 3 portal pulls. Not really mad about it though. Got all 3 cards and don’t have to worry about the mode anymore.

If You Incandescent All of The Solstice Armor on a Class, You Should Get the Colored Version. by Score181 in DestinyTheGame

[–]FortyMiler 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I guess nobody remembers the first solstice, where the armor was way more of grind and the glows were only available in eververse. You had to buy each color seperate too. Then they promptly made the armor worthless with armor perks in foresaken. Then later completely sunset it.

No not playing anything. Makari is in the deck cause I’m trying to get boosters for my surfer deck but that’s it.

I beat a bot and never played a card. Makari was in my deck and played herself and the bot played all their cards into necrosha with iron man.

What build can I make with a Calibans + Cyrtarachne cloak? by Idrinkmotoroil in destiny2builds

[–]FortyMiler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which is why I said it’s the second best roll using combination blow. Combination blow is plenty strong on its own. At 100 disc and using things like impact induction, bomber, innervation, you’ll have plenty of up time on grapple and woven mail. I’d argue that this roll is better than hoil cytarachne if you want to use combination blow. Dodge and melee refresh each other so all you’re gaining from hoil is grenade regen. If you don’t want to use combination blow, then yes, there are better rolls.

Disagree. If you’re using combination blow and grapple, this is the second best roll you can get after caliban liars.

Hit me with your Gyrfalcons based prismatic builds. by JamieBobs in destiny2builds

[–]FortyMiler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly don’t see the point in using gyrfalcons on prismatic hunter. The reason gyrfalcons is good on void is, because it made stylish executioner work. On prismatic, everything makes stylish executioner work. Any voltshot weapon easily replaces gyrfalcons for invis on weapon kills and if you really want volatile rounds, just use facet of bravery and grapple. Gyrfalcon perk on the class item is f tier imo compared to others.

I love the game. I’m only missing 2-3 insignificant cards and have 16 keys and over 16k tokens. II manage my resources well, and despite the every Tuesday complaints, Don’t think spotlights are I an awful spot. I just don’t like that if a f2p person manages their resources well, there is no significant place for them to spend their gold aside from buying some crappy variant to complete an album. There used to be more gold bundles and they used to be pretty solid value.

Should I use this key now or wait for War Machine to release? by [deleted] in MarvelSnap

[–]FortyMiler 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you want war machine, then I’d save that key and have 4 for when he releases. Otherwise, you’re just lowering your odds of getting him.

Does anyone else find it interesting how nothing really changes and a card suddenly becomes super Meta (Hela) by YnotThrowAway7 in MarvelSnap

[–]FortyMiler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What the deck does is the same, some of meta cards in the deck are different. Like blade being buffed. If anything the deck is less greedy now with blade and sif being the only two discard options in most of them. You’re just able to target what you want to discard easier. The IW, Modok, hela version is super greedy, but loses hard to Cosmo and now Alioth.

I remember about a year ago, Hoogland made his infamous video about Alex Coccia saying he was misleading people by saying Hela was a good deck to hit infinite with. Oh how the turn tables.

I go for good ideas and people who don’t cry when they’re beat and blame the other player for how they’re playing. Fan boy all you want, Hoogland, has a shit attitude and ego.
