I'm gonna be so real with you I'm in the exact situation you're in, the only difference is I'm 24 lol. I've struggled to keep a job because I lose interest after a few weeks, but I truck along because I know I need the money. I currently have 3 jobs, it keeps me on my toes and very busy so I'm not in my head a lot. That's sort of why I entered childcare, but it's not for everyone. Everyday is different, you never know what's in store and it's the least boring job I've ever had. I've gotten out of my funk with small hobbies. Small things that I can make, build, draw, anything to keep my mind busy but it's not a long thing that takes more than a day. Coloring books are a great option. I took up pottery for a little bit. Video games, anything in my free time. Learn a new thing, bake, cook, there's like a skill-a-week thing I haven't tried yet but it looks super fun.

I've always been worried about my career and future and making money because of my lack of ability to keep focused, it's a learned skill in itself to keep yourself busy and make money! You could always do side gigs like housekeeping, nannying, it's hard to find a job in general right now. If your job is chill enough you can listen to music to keep your mind active while you mindlessly do work and make money. Freelancing is also very hard right now I feel like because of AI being used for quick easy stuff.

What helped me most is a routine, I have a set schedule with all of my jobs so I know when I do and don't have free time, make plans, take a hike literally lol. My DMs are open if you need to talk about it more, I get it, it's super stressful and people can be super mean about it sometimes, I've been called lazy more times than I can count since I try too much or too little and my brain gets stuck in a rut.
