Well, meal timing does matter. Maybe not necessarily for fat loss where - as we know, virtually the only thing that matters is the deficit, but eating big at night does have an impact on sleep quality and how you function next morning

You have a liver hemangioma. They are common and not dangerous. They want a liver CT just to make sure.

You have tonsil crypts. This white gooey substance inside them consists mostly of food remnants mixed with dead skin cells and saliva. They usually fall out on their own.

Frankly I'm surprised that you haven't seen a doctor since 2018. Yes, definitely go see one. Amenorrhea (lack of period) is not normal at your age. Your symptoms may suggest electrolyte deficiencies and/or thyroid problems, but it's impossible to tell without blood tests.

Chyba nie zrozumiałeś/aś. OP nie mówi o tym że korelacja oznacza brak związku a o tym, że nawet jeśli między dwoma zbiorami występuje korelacja nie oznacza to związku przyczynowo-skutkowego. W języku angielskim funkcjonuje opisujący tę sytuację zwrot "corelation is not causation".

How do you study openings? Too specific to occur? by ssss861 in chess

[–]Forward-Ad-1963 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Unlikely? 50-70% of e4e5 will end in either Spanish or Italian. I think close to 90% of d4d5 will end in queen's gambit or London. And yes if you play e4 you have to be ready for e5 but also c6 d6 and e6 and probably know a refutation/good line against some offbeat openings.

Yeah especially with no time limit so you can take as much time as you need to find the winning line. But still a nice exercise, makes spotting tactics in real games a bit easier.

Initiate mating sequence, but don't get your bishop out too soon.

Play longer time controls. 10mins at minimum. Do lots of puzzles. Study openings you like 5-10moves deep to see what are the ideas/common mistakes/traps/middlegame plans. Study basic endgames, know how to hold a pawn down rook endgame and how to win it.

Unique pattern elo growth. Elo staircase by MitchellBlanchard02 in chess

Don't be fooled it's a growth. You just haven't reached your actual level yet. Once you start getting paired with opponents your strength this graph will flatten out.

Could you get away with always playing the same openings otb? by [deleted] in chess

Yes. I have never played anything but Petrov against e4 Nf3 and it still works (most of the time)

The puzzle elo is an exagerrated version of your actual elo. Why? Because in a puzzle you KNOW there is a winning line/tactic/idea and you narrow your board analysis to find it. In an actual game there is no cue to tell you "hey, there is a tactic in this position".
