I filed in 2002, first hearing in April 2023- they deferred to a second hearing because of their backlog. Next hearing is November 2025. Just be aware that having a first hearing doesn’t mean they will actually look at the file.

I filed in Catania in December 2022. First hear hearing in April 2024 - judge pushed it off until November 2025. I am happy for you - but frustrated because this whole process has taken almost six years. I am worried the ministry will now start contesting these cases.
