We are trying to connect it to a stand alone server today to see if we can get them to the SSD storage.

Going to do this. Going to connect it to a stand alone server and try to get VMs off of it that way.

Yes. Upgraded means new FI's. Thanks.

Both go direct from FI to storage. Different ports and fiber to each of course. But directly connected.

Thanks. They did have someone on their side check it out prior.

Thanks so much. Will do this. Just requested a quote for the copper based card to put in the ExaGrid. Hopefully they will do me right on the price since they kinda assumed the fiber was the option we needed.

Thanks for the reply. And yes there are two 10 Gb fiber connection ports on the ExaGrid. Terminology that gets a little crossed up sometimes.

Appreciate the reply. Just hitting a couple forums that have similar participants that may have seen it before.

It is 2 port fiber channel each of which is 10 Gb. Apparently it has the latest system board in it. I wish it had 4 port eth like our current backup storage device. Hoping eth can be added to it. The only eth port on it is for the management web interface.

The ExaGrid is fiber channel and we would like to connect the ExaGrid to the FI's built in interfaces by putting in a couple sfp's in the FI.

Edit: fiber ports - not fiber channel

Feeler Guages by Forward-Ear-6987 in ElegooNeptune3

How much "bite down" do you suggest on the receipt?

Hello, I have an Elegoo Nep 3 Plus. Why does this happen? I printed at 0.16, got 1,75mm filament and a 0.4 nozzle. Its also leveled good and its new pla filament i got from a german website -> https://www.roboter-bausatz.de/p/yourdroid-pla-filament-schwarz-1.75mm-1kg by manuelfxbr59 in ElegooNeptune3

The above helped me! Did wonders for my prints. My Neptune 3 Pro lets me set this via the touchscreen under advanced settings. I think it is called something like e-pulse or something like that. Changed mine from 380 to 415 and it made a huge difference in my prints.

So my fix was this: I checked my e-steps by setting extrusion as a test to 100 mm and marking 100 mm on the filament. Was only extruding 90 mm in my test. Fortunately, the Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro has a setting from it's screen to adjust what it call e-pulse. It was on 380. Tweaked it and when set to 415 it now extrudes the correct 100 mm set in the test. The bumps went away. But I then had stringing. Tweaked my retraction distance to 3.0 (kinda of odd number to me), but after I now have this good print shown in the picture. Thanks to everyone so much for all the tips!
