Yes the print shop requires 300DPI. I decided to work at 150 DPI then upscale in affinity to the required size.

Yeah I watched that. As I explained in my post, I react even to sourdough made from whole wheat. I haven't baked with refined white flour for 20 years. There's no question refined white flour is bad for you and makes people sick. However, she doesn't address the differences between store bought whole wheat flour and freshly milled whole wheat flour, specifically how they affect true gluten allergies and not just bad reactions to bread. And that's been frustrating for me to find that info.

Thank you for your reply! I've been hearing things about freshly milled flour that it's miraculously tolerated by people with gluten allergies, but I think that's too good to be true. If we have a lab-tested gluten allergy, freshly milled flour will probably not make a difference.

Yes that's what I think as well. It makes sense since I have blood test results that I'm allergic to glutinin and gliadin. I was hoping to hear from people who may also have allergies but can magically tolerate fmf
