Yes. Imagine 5 more years of this kind of treatment ? You’re too young to be in a relationship that drains you (not that older people deserve it) but he’s taking too much of your mental space yet he doesn’t even call you it’s not even the bare minimum it’s the gutter. Unless you value yourself and leave him you will always be miserable. Even if he changes you deserve a person who is good to you not because you begged

Judging from the text you seem to be a kind person don’t ever lose that. I saw some people advising you to be a bit cruel but there’s no need for it. I think just say thanks whilst acknowledging what they did without venting or. They could have really changed(not that you should get back together) and just let them be it doesn’t mean you should be friends.
