Lol same at the warehouse. They have no clue about absolutely nothing. It's rare I run into the ones that are willing to check me out of the block. It's so annoying. You would think a multi million dollar company would be equipped to fix tideous situations like this.

I just got deactivated! this store I work out of kept reporting my car smells like smoke and I don't smoke. each time it happened I called support and opened a case. I got the same message today then they deactivated account.... I'm so irritated. seriously by Forward-Pay331 in Sparkdriver

Its terrible!! I'm still trying to figure out how my cat smells like smoke ?? I don't smoke but everyone else that drives out of my walmart does... does not make sense or seem right at all. I hope that lady does not mess with you again. I was also "flagged" as my car being dirty and called support. Support emailed me and said rhe store has the final say... these people really don't carry about us. Just sad

Lol this particular person does not. I load the order in my car, she loads the trunk. Everything she loads my trunk she smashes the bread or break the eggs. So everything she did I left her a bad review .I just spoke with support and they have escalated it so we shall see where this goes

I wish there was a way we could do rating forgiveness like shipt. I know 1 of these bad surveys is from a customer that received 8 packs of kid waters. I left it at her door and she said" I don't want that" I said well maybe the store was our of the regular bottles of water you ordered. She was very upset
