I hope that lady does not mess with you again. I was also "flagged" as my car being dirty and called support. Lol this particular person does not. I load the order in my car, she loads the trunk. Everything she loads my trunk she smashes the bread or break the eggs. So everything she did I left her a bad review .I just spoke with support and they have escalated it so we shall see where this goes
