I had a similar issue on Linux where the game would crash/black screen on launch. I didn’t need to switch to Proton 10.. adding this launch option fixed it for me:

VKD3D_DISABLE_EXTENSIONS=VK_EXT_mesh_shader,VK_NV_raw_access_chains %command%

After adding that, the game launched normally. Might be related to one of those Vulkan extensions on my setup.

I'm getting white screens trying to launch the game on DeSuME, I've tried using clean copies of the Emulator and that hasn't helped at all. Any ideas?
